NMRV series worm- gear speed reducer

Worm gear reducer is a power transmission mechanism, the use of gear speed converter, the motor rotation number to slow down to the desired number of rotation, and get a larger torque mechanism. Product Structure

The basic structure of NMRV series of aluminum alloy worm gear reducer is mainly composed of transmission parts worm gear, shaft, bearing, box and accessories.

The box is the base of all the accessories in the worm gear reducer, and it is an important accessory to support the fixed shafting components, ensure the correct relative position of the transmission accessories and support the load on the reducer. Worm gear is mainly used to transfer the motion and power between the two staggered axes, and the main role of bearings and shafts is to transfer power, operation and improve efficiency.

The explanation of some parts of the worm gear reducer is as follows:

Shell:

aluminum alloy or cast iron;

Worm gear:

specially configured wear-resistant nickel bronze;

Oil cap/breather:

mainly used to exhaust the gas inside the casing of the turbine worm reducer;

End caps are divided into large end caps and small end caps. The end caps fix the axial position of the shaft components and bear axial loads. The bearing seat holes are closed at both ends with bearing caps;

Oil seal:

Its main function is to prevent the leakage of lubricating oil inside the gearbox and improve the service life of the lubricating oil;

Oil drain plug:

mainly used for draining dirty oil and cleaning when replacing lubricating oil;

Oil gauge cover/oil gauge:

mainly used to observe whether the oil level inside the turbine worm reducer case meets the standard.
